What is a hosted infrastructure?
With a traditional network, users access data on centralized servers through applications that run on a personal computer (desk model or laptop). Each PC runs the program itself, using its own resources.
The VNS system is different... and better. Employing a variety of devices (PCs, Thin Clients, Etc.) users access applications and data on servers in our data centers. Unlike the traditional network, our server actually runs the program; only screen images are sent to your monitor and your keyboard and mouse commands are sent back to the server. |

What does it cost for the service?
The cost is based on the number of users and applications you want to support. A member of our sales team will be happy to develop a quote for your needs. Please call us at 1.800.883.5413. |

What happens when my internet connection goes down?
VNS is dependent on your provider service. If it’s configured as a single connection, your VNS system will not be accessible when your internet connection is down. Fortunately, today’s internet services are highly reliable and interruptions quite rare. That’s why, when we assess your data environment and business needs, we evaluate your connection to determine if you should consider upgrading or installing redundant connections to prevent down time in the event of service loss. |
